Barely: It is a protean type of grain. Barely is helpful to control blood sugar levels in the body. It contains fibre, selenium, magnesium, niacin, and vitamin B1. People use it barely in soups, salads, cereal, stews, and some other dishes.

Oats: This is so healthy and so nutritious grain. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Breakfast is very essential for all of us but a breakfast of oats is too good and beneficial to start up a healthy day. We can use oats with milk and with fresh fruits.
